With a new year, a new board, growth and new opportunities, sometimes things don’t go as planned. I would like to apologize to all of our parents for the chaos and confusion with our childcare. Thankfully everyone was OK even though there were some big concerns and issues. We were not fully prepared for the number of children nor the age range. We, as an organization focused on our children, need to be better prepared so these things do not happen again.

Julie Streetman will be leading our childcare program. Childcare will be using Mrs. McDonald’s classroom (room 124). Starting with our meeting on October 22nd, we will be asking you to sign in your child(ren) and filling out a name tag for them. The sign-in sheet will also ask you for your cellphone number so you can be quickly contacted if necessary. At the end of the meeting, we will then ask you to sign-out your child(ren).

My hope is that we can provide a better experience for all involved. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
